This Wednesday, October 6th, is Energy Efficiency Day. Organizations and individuals around the country will recognize and celebrate the benefits of energy efficiency, the fastest and most cost-effective way to meet energy needs, cut utility bills, and reduce pollution.
Energy efficiency is also an economic engine, assembling a U.S. workforce of nearly 2.4 million. Ranging from professional services to manufacturing, installation, and construction, these good jobs are local and cannot be outsourced.
