This Wednesday, October 6th, is Energy Efficiency Day. Organizations and individuals around the country will recognize and celebrate the benefits of energy efficiency, the fastest and most cost-effective way to meet energy needs, cut utility bills, and reduce pollution.
Energy efficiency is also an economic engine, assembling a U.S. workforce of nearly 2.4 million. Ranging from professional services to manufacturing, installation, and construction, these good jobs are local and cannot be outsourced.
S&S Signs, Lighting, and Electrical is a proud registered program ally of the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Program. We can provide you with an energy audit explaining the best way to light your business and reduce your utility costs. We will also help you determine if you are qualified for incentives from both the government and local utility companies. Certain upgrades, like switching to LED lighting, can help you qualify for these incentives. We have already obtained $155,951.39 in incentives for our customers while reducing their electric load at the same time.
In addition to helping reduce energy costs, S&S can also contribute to reducing pollution with EV charging station installation. The newest service S&S is providing can make it easier than ever to own an electric vehicle. EVs are three to four times more efficient than gasoline vehicles, costing you less money over the lifetime of the vehicle, and improving the air quality of the environment.
