S&S was founded in 2002 as a family-owned business. We quickly incorporated in March of 2003. The owner of S&S, Don Smallberger, is an Army Vietnam Veteran who understands the importance of getting things done the right way. Don has worked hard to pass these values down to his team, hoping they will display the same degree of integrity and dedication in their work.
